A new recipe I discovered in the kitchen this summer is a gluten free, dairy free, egg free caesar dressing. It takes about 5 minutes to make up, and stores in the fridge for a week or two, if you care to make ahead. Best fresh though, what isn't? Sorry no picture yet... it is so fast to go!
